Resident Referral Program

As a valued resident of one of our Community Senior Life (CSL) communities, when you refer a friend or family member and they make one of our beautiful communities their home, you’ll receive a rental credit value of $1,000!

Here’s how it works:

Introduce a friend or family member to the Community Development Director.
Your friend signs a residency agreement and moves into their new home.
After the 30-day residency requirement, you earn a $1,000 rental credit.

There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer, so keep spreading the word!

Realtor Refer-a-Resident Program

Each time you refer a new resident move-in to one of our Community Senior Life (CSL) communities, you’ll receive $1,500!

Here’s how it works:

You must notify the Community Development Director or Executive Director of the referral prior to the signed lease agreement.
New resident(s) must reside for 30 days before referral fee is paid.
